ORDERING AT ALL SWEETS AND TREATS
At All Sweets and Treats we have tried to provide a comprehensive selection of confectionary to suit all taste buds and our priority is to make your online shopping experience as simple as possible. All prices on this site are in Australian dollars.

There are three ways of ordering with us.

1. Secure on-line purchasing. VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Cheques will be accepted but goods will not be despatched until the cheque has been received and cleared.

2. Faxing Orders. Print out the appropriate order form and fax it through to us on (08) 8552 5480.

3. Telephone Orders. Our phone number for orders or enquiries is (08) 8552 5700 or overseas customers +61 8 8552 5700.

If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an acknowledgement of your order via email. Your order will be attended to promptly. We will advise if there are any delays.

POSTAGE
Most parcels will be sent via Australia Post. A $9.00 postage and handling fee will be added to your final invoice total. You will be advised before the order is sent if postage heavily exceeds this amount and an adjustment needs to be made. Overseas orders will incur extra postage costs and if an order is received with goods having to be sent to different destinations extra postage will also apply. Shipping insurance is not included. If however your parcel is considerably lighter that the $9 a deduction will be made from your invoice.

RETURNS
While all care is taken in packaging your goods, All Sweets and Treats will not be responsible for any items received damaged, due to shipping.

No returns are accepted on international orders. Other items purchased in Australia may be returned for full refund or exchange at the discretion of All Sweets and Treats. A receipt is required of your initial purchase.

Postage and handling charges on returned goods are not refundable. If we do accept returned goods we will send all exchange items freight free.

PRODUCTS
All Sweets and Treats always stock a large selection of goods, however if you order a gift basket and a particular item is out of stock we will exchange the product with something of similar value.

SECURITY
All Sweets and Treats knows the importance of being able to shop securely on-line so we have taken steps to make sure that our customers information is secure.

Our secure server encrypts all payment information you send to us. The encryption process takes all this information and converts it to unreadable codes that are securely transmitted over the Internet. Because these codes can be understood only by your web browser and our secure server, it would be very hard for anyone else to use your information.

All Sweets and Treats take all reasonable care to safeguard your details, and you can be assured that the information you give to us will not be distributed to anyone else.
