ORDERING AT ALL SWEETS AND TREATS
At All Sweets and Treats we have tried to provide a comprehensive selection of confectionary to suit all taste buds and our priority is to make your online shopping experience as simple as possible. All prices on this site are in Australian dollars.

There are three ways of ordering with us.

1. VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Choose VISA/MASTERCARD from the payment choices. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to be despatched.

2. Direct Deposit. Choose DIRECT DEPOSIT from the payment choices. On the final checkout page you will be provided with the bank account details to make your transfer.

3. Telephone Orders are always welcome. Our phone number for orders or enquiries is (08) 8552 5700 or overseas customers +61 8 8552 5700.

If you supply an email address with your order you will receive an acknowledgement of your order via email. Your order will be attended to promptly. We will advise if there are any delays.

POSTAGE
Most parcels will be sent via Australia Post. A $9.00 postage and handling fee will be added to your final invoice total. $9 allows up to around 3kgs of product to be sent to anywhere in Australia.
You will be advised before the order is sent if postage heavily exceeds this amount and an adjustment needs to be made. Overseas orders will incur extra postage costs. If an order is received with goods having to be sent to more than one destination extra postage will also apply. Shipping insurance is not included. If however your parcel is considerably lighter than the $9 a deduction will be made from your invoice.

RETURNS
While all care is taken in packaging your goods, All Sweets and Treats will not be responsible for any items received damaged, due to shipping.

No returns are accepted on international orders. Other items purchased in Australia may be returned for full refund or exchange at the discretion of All Sweets and Treats. A receipt is required of your initial purchase.

Postage and handling charges on returned goods are not refundable. If we do accept returned goods we will send all exchange items freight free.

PRODUCTS
All Sweets and Treats always stock a large selection of goods, however if you order a gift basket and a particular item is out of stock we will exchange the product with something of similar value.

SECURITY
All Sweets and Treats knows the importance of being able to shop securely on-line so we have taken steps to make sure that our customers information is secure.

All Sweets and Treats take all reasonable care to safeguard your details, and you can be assured that the information you give to us will not be distributed to anyone else.
